Minutes of Meeting
The regular membership meeting of the Kentucky Chapter, Association of Air Medical Services was called to order at 1903 with a small number of members in attendance.

Treasurers Report:
The report was read and explained by Walt and questions were raised about the monies received for Corporate Sponsorships, and wing sales. Walt stated he needed to contact Lifenet and AirEvac about their sponsorships. A large check was received from Air Methods and clarification was needed as to it’s application. Nortons Kosair Childrens also needs to be contacted about sponsorship. Gary will talk to UK and Vandy about their sponsorship. The NAACS sponsorship has been mailed. The treasurers report was accepted and stands as reported.
Old Business:
Most old and new business was tabled due to the lack of membership present.
The bylaw amendments need to be posted at least 30 days prior to the vote, so Gary will ask Bobby Thacker to put them on the website so a vote may be taken at the next scheduled meeting ( May 19, 2003).
New Business:
We ordered 1000 wings which have come in and are now available. Wings will be sold at the CTMC which will be held in Louisville.
Contact needs to be made with KAPA for the reservation of a slot for an in-service training program at this years KAPA conference in Owensboro. Gary will call about a time slot and the class will be offered under the KYAAMS name. The topic will be Helicopter Safety.
Next meeting is scheduled for Lexington on May 19, 2003.
